Pioneer Woodlands - AMENITIES

Empire East’s reputation for making self-contained communities is still quite evident in the Pioneer Woodlands. It’s true when I told you earlier that you can just stay inside the community for weeks on end, and you will not feel left out or wanting. Everything you need is already in the two towers of the Pioneer Woodlands.

One of the most notable features of the condominium is that the first two floors of the towers podium is for commercial establishments. It’s like having a mini-mall right at your doorstep. You will find everything from restaurants, to clothing stores, convenience stores, and coffee shops without having to step outside of the building. Now, if you cannot find what you need in the commercial floors, you can just head on over to the nearby Robinson’s Place Pioneer and try your luck there.

Another neat benefit of living in Pioneer Woodlands is that it has direct access to the MRT Boni-Pioneer Station. You don’t have to go out and walk the smoke-filled and dusty EDSA just to catch the train to wherever you plan to go. This is really convenient especially during the rainy season. If you would rather take the bus, there is a waiting area just below the MRT station.

If you are a fitness buff, the Pioneer Woodlands has its own, fully-equipped gym. Regardless if you are working on getting more fit or if you want to strengthen your cardio, you can find all the equipment and trainers you need right inside the building. Now, if swimming is more up to your speed, there’s an Olympic-size lap pool at the sun deck of the condominium. Here, you can swim as many laps as you can or want and at the same time cool off and escape the usually indiscriminate heat of the Philippine sun.

If you would rather run or jog, you are in luck because there are jogging trails that meander along the grounds of the condominium buildings. Now, you don’t have any excuses left not to work on your physical fitness because everything that you will ever need is well within your reach. Your kids can also hang out and play with the other children in the condominium in the huge yet safe playground area provided by the condominium.

If you need a place to relax, you can head on over to the coffee shops in the commercial floors of the Woodlands, or you can brew some tea in a thermos, and head on over to the landscaped garden found in between the two towers of the condo complex. You can sit in one of the benches and read a good book while sipping on your favorite beverage. It’s like having your own quiet patch of nature right in the middle of the urban jungle.

These amenities alone can make anyone not leave the condominium complex if they don’t really need to. Since you can find all your basic needs within the community, it is actually feasible for you not to go out for months on end.
